This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for orders placed with Elaré. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, where available at checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and device.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If your card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion and any associated fees, which are your responsibility.
When You Are Charged
Payment is authorized and charged in full at the time your order is placed. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. For Subscribe & Save orders, payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Secure Processing
All transactions are processed through trusted, industry-standard payment providers using secure encryption. Elaré does not store or have access to your full card details; sensitive payment information is handled directly by our payment processors.
Authorization & Verification
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your billing information is accurate. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing or shipping an order. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, orders may be screened for fraud and other risk signals. We reserve the right to hold, delay, refuse, or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized, high-risk, or in violation of our policies, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed until valid payment is received. Repeated failed attempts may result in your order being cancelled. Please check with your bank or payment provider if you experience issues.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required. For international orders, any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Pricing & Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing, product, or promotional error, Elaré reserves the right to correct the error and to cancel, adjust, or refuse any affected order, even after an order has been placed.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments made through third-party services (such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) are also subject to those providers' own terms and policies. Elaré is not responsible for issues, delays, or errors arising from third-party payment platforms.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, Elaré reserves the right to provide order records, tracking details, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and applicable policy terms to the payment processor or bank, and to pause related support, refunds, or replacements while the dispute is reviewed.
