Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed through our store. By ordering, you accept the terms below.
Shipping Costs — Shipping rates, including any free-shipping thresholds, are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing & Handling — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Transit Times — Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing. Remote regions, customs clearance, peak periods, and other factors may extend this. All delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carriers & Tracking — Orders ship via our selected carriers, and tracking is provided where available. Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit passes to them.
Delays — Elaré is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak volume, local restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control. Such delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Change of Address — We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is processing or in transit. Requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering at support@elarelabs.com and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Address — Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address. Reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address is at the customer's expense.
Customs, Duties & Taxes — Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or "Delivered" Packages — If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Elaré is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or missing after a delivery scan; such issues should be filed with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit — If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse it where possible and contact support@elarelabs.com within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
