Returns

Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, for safety and hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Once a pouch is opened or its seal is broken, the item cannot be returned or refunded.

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@elarelabs.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. We do not provide refunds for opened or used products, change of mind on used items, or shipping delays.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders are billed every two months at a discounted rate in exchange for a two-month commitment. Because the discount is tied to completing the full cycle, subscriptions cannot be paused or cancelled mid-cycle for change of mind. You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date by contacting support@elarelabs.com. If a subscription is cancelled before its committed cycle is complete, the subscription discount no longer applies and the difference between the discounted and standard price on product already shipped becomes payable.

Where required by law, eligible customers retain any statutory withdrawal rights for unopened products within the applicable period.
