Return & Refund Policy

At Elaré, we care about product quality, customer safety, hygiene, and a clear shopping experience. Because Elaré sells ingestible dietary supplements, all returns and refunds are handled under strict safety and hygiene rules. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received, and approved by our support team before being sent back. For safety and hygiene reasons, Elaré cannot accept any product that has been opened, used, unsealed, damaged after delivery, tampered with, or returned without prior written approval. All return requests are subject to review; approval is not guaranteed. Elaré reserves the right to approve, deny, partially approve, or reject any return request to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Return Window
Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@elarelabs.com with your full name, order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos showing the product is unopened and the seal is intact. Requests made after this window or without the required information may not be accepted. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: opened, used, or unsealed products; products with a broken, removed, or tampered seal; products not in original packaging; products damaged after delivery; products returned without prior approval or after the return window; items purchased during sales, discounts, promotions, bundles, or clearance; orders with incorrect shipping details entered by the customer; orders refused, abandoned, or uncollected; packages marked delivered by the courier; change of mind after the order has shipped; and claims based on individual results, since results vary from person to person.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@elarelabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the outer packaging and product, and a description of the issue. Claims made later, or without photos and order details, may be denied. After review, Elaré may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or no refund depending on the situation, at our discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued after a return request is approved and, where required, the product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; processing times vary by bank or card provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping, handling, or processing fees may be deducted from any refund. Elaré is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors after a refund is issued.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If a return is approved, Elaré may provide return instructions at our discretion; any provided label cost may be deducted from the refund. We strongly recommend a tracked service, as Elaré is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Products returned without prior approval may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
Subscribe & Save orders are billed every two months at a discounted rate in exchange for a two-month commitment. Because the discount is tied to completing the full cycle, subscriptions cannot be paused or cancelled mid-cycle for change of mind. You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date at support@elarelabs.com. If a subscription is cancelled before its committed cycle completes, the subscription discount no longer applies and the difference between the discounted and standard price on product already shipped becomes payable.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed, fulfilled, or shipped. Once processing begins, Elaré cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, or order modifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct before checkout.

Shipping Issues
Elaré is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information, missed deliveries, refused or abandoned packages, courier or customs delays, weather, local restrictions, or failure to monitor tracking. If a package is marked delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered, and Elaré is not responsible for packages lost or stolen thereafter.

Results & Supplement Disclaimer
Elaré products are dietary supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. We do not offer refunds based on personal expectations, lack of results, change of mind, or failure to use the product as directed.

Final Sale, Policy Abuse & Chargebacks
Items bought on sale, promotion, or as part of a bundle may be final sale. Elaré reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders where we suspect policy abuse, including repeated requests, false claims, or chargeback abuse. If a chargeback or dispute is opened, Elaré may provide order records, tracking, communications, and policy terms to the processor or bank, and may pause support while the dispute is reviewed.

Statutory Rights
Where required by law, eligible customers retain any statutory rights, including withdrawal rights for unopened products within the applicable period. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
