Cancellation Policy
At Elaré, we begin preparing orders quickly so they reach you as fast as possible. This policy explains when and how an order or subscription may be cancelled. By placing an order or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed, fulfilled, or shipped. Because we aim to dispatch quickly, the window to cancel is limited and is not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, or has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, redirected, or stopped.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, email as soon as possible — ideally within 2 hours of placing your order — with your full name and order number. Cancellation requests are time-sensitive and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in processing. Elaré reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
After Dispatch
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligibility for a return after delivery is governed by our Return & Refund Policy — for hygiene reasons, only unopened, sealed products in their original packaging, approved in advance, may qualify, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellations (Subscribe & Save)
Subscribe & Save is a recurring subscription. You are automatically billed every month at your discounted subscriber rate, and your subscription continues on an ongoing basis until you cancel — there is no fixed end date, and the plan renews automatically each month so your supply never runs out.
To cancel your subscription, simply email from the email address on your account, including your full name and order or subscription number. Because your subscription is billed automatically each month, it is your responsibility to notify us by email if you wish to stop. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, your cancellation request must be received before your next monthly billing date. Cancellation stops future monthly charges going forward; it does not refund or reverse a charge that has already been processed, and any product already billed or shipped remains payable and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Once you email us, we will confirm your cancellation and no further charges will be made.
Cancellations by Elaré
Elaré reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or subscription, in whole or in part, including for suspected fraud, payment or verification issues, pricing or product errors, stock limitations, promotion or discount abuse, or violation of our policies. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for the cancelled items.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor, and Elaré is not responsible for delays once a refund has been issued. Approved cancellations may have non-refundable transaction or processing fees deducted where applicable.
Promotional, Bundle & Final Sale Items
Orders placed during sales, promotions, bundles, clearance, or limited-time offers may be processed immediately and may be treated as final sale; cancellation of such orders is not guaranteed.
Your Statutory Rights
Where required by law, eligible customers retain any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, including the right to withdraw from an online purchase of unopened products within the applicable period. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
